That work went on to increase beverage revenues more than 200% (documented, verifiable) and made Esquire Magazine’s list of America’s Best Bars. The approach centers on connecting thoughtful equipment design directly to beverage operations, hospitality playbook, and the guest experience and coordinating all elements of bar design between architects, IDs, GC, owner/operator, and all other members of both design and operations.
